The controller of the data collected by tejamira.pl is the creator of the Teja Mira project, contact: kontakt@tejamira.pl.
2. What data and why
Comments: your name or nickname, the comment and its date. They are used to display your comment publicly under a post. Legal basis: your consent, given by posting the comment (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
IP address: when you post a comment, your IP address is kept for 60 seconds to protect the site from spam. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
3. Recipients
Technical data, including your IP address, is received by Cloudflare (website hosting and anonymous, cookie-free statistics), Google (website fonts) and Spotify (the player on the Music page and, on the home page, only once you start it). These companies may process data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards provided by the GDPR (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, standard contractual clauses). The website itself does not use cookies.
4. How long
Comments are kept until they are deleted; IP addresses for 60 seconds.
5. Your rights
You can ask for your comment to be deleted by writing to kontakt@tejamira.pl.
